Do I have:

  • Funding 

It is very important for a person to identify his/her source of funding when he/she wants to study abroad. Without a sponsor, how will he/she cater for him/herself? A person should have enough money to cover his/her tuition, books, accommodation, living expenses, travel expenses, phone calls, insurance, different fees arising from the application and any other thing necessary in his/her duration abroad.  Money is needed for his/her survival outside their home country, since they are on their own at this point and there are no families or friends around to support them.

  • Completed Application Form

If a person wants to get into any institution, they first apply. Completing an application form is the way of applying to a school of choice. Whereas some schools charge application fee and others not charging, completing your application form and applying to a school is the only way to get an acceptance into a school of choice.

High Secondary School Result &Mark Sheet & Bachelor Degree Academic Transcript &Certificate         

When studying for an undergraduate or post graduate program, it is required by institutions for a student to present his/her high school certificate and mark sheet (transcript) and both bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts as well as high school certificate and transcript respectively . Here, a student’s academic qualification is evaluated using these. Whether or not a student meets the requirements of a school’s academic qualification is based on this.

• International Passport Data page

In one’s quest to study abroad, it is very necessary for one to have a passport. A valid passport is the first thing a person needs in other to travel out of their country. A passport is a travel document issued by a country’s government to its citizens that verifies the identity and nationality of the holder for the purpose of international travel.

•           Bank Statement

In order for an institution to know if a person can cater for him/herself in school, one is needed to provide the school with his/her bank statements. The bank statement assures the school that the student has enough funds to cover him/herself during the duration of his/her studies.

The bank statement should have sufficient funds so the student does not become a liability to the school.

•           Letters of Recommendation / Reference 

This is needed by the institution in order to do a background check of the student. Here a person is testifying about a student and the institution uses that to assess the qualities, characteristics, and capabilities of the person being recommended in terms of that individual's ability to perform a function. Recommendation letters are usually requested to be written about someone, and are therefore addressed to a particular requester (institution) although they may also be issued to the person being recommended without specifying an addressee.

•           CV 

The CV gives an institution a fair idea about the student wanting to enroll in their school and help present their backgrounds and skills. 

Only when one has sorted all these things out, can he/she then realize his/her dream of studying abroad.
